How to cancel the order ?
For cancelling the order, please call us at 1-844-357-8897 and we will cancel the order for you. The cancellation will be free of cost if the item has not been shipped. If the item has shipped, there will be some penalty.
Mode of payments accepted ?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmericanExpress credit and debit cards. If you have a PayPal account, you can do an PayPal Express checkout.
Delivery time for orders ?
We try to ship the item as soon as possible. It usually takes 4-10 business days to get the product delivered to your address. If you want an expedited delivery, give us a call during standard business hours (Mon-Fri 6:30am - 4:00pm MST) and we will make sure the product reaches to you on time (but there will be extra shipping cost involved).
Note: We don't do shipping on Saturday and Sunday.
Refunds and Returns ?

Product Out of Stock ?
If a product is out of stock, it is possible we have placed an order for that product but have not received it yet from the manufacturer. Please give us a call and we can tell you the estimated date it will be available.

Multiple Shipping Addresses ?
If you want to ship to multiple shipping addresses, please call us during our business hours and we will help you with the order.
International Shipping ?
Presently, we do not ship outside of the United States(excludes US Territories). But you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us, to check if we can deliver to your address.
Note: There can be delays due to circumstances which are out of our control like bad weather. City Lights cannot be held responsible for such delays. For any return order or refund request in such cases, please call us and we will try to help you in the best way possible.
