How to cancel the order ?
For cancelling the order, please call us at 1-844-357-8897 and we will cancel the order for you. The cancellation will be free of cost if the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped, there might be some penalty.
Mode of payments accepted ?
We utilize PayPal to process payments. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to order.
Delivery time for orders ?
We try to ship the item as soon as possible. It usually takes 4-10 business days to get the product delivered to your address. Expedited shipping is available at additional costs, please see our contact page and reach out to us and let us know what item you need and how fast you need it. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
Refunds and Returns ?

Product Out-of-Stock ?
If a product is out-of-stock, it is possible we have placed an order for that product but have not received it yet from the manufacturer. Please give us a call and we can tell you the estimated date it will be available.
If you have ordered something that is currently out-of-stock or we do not have enough to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can choose to leave your items on back-order or to cancel.
Place Order on the phone ?
We accept orders and payments over the phone for repeat and local customers. We prefer to utilize PayPal for online orders. If you do not want to use PayPal, we can provide you with a credit card authorization form that must be filled out prior to taking payment over the phone.
Multiple Shipping Addresses ?
If you want to ship to multiple shipping addresses, please call us during our business hours and we will help you with the order.
International Shipping ?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. We do ship to freight-forwarders, but we waive the responsibility for all product damages.
