Shipping & Returns

We are able to ship to any address within the United States (excludes US Territories). Certain addresses may not be possible due to the nature of the shipment. For instance, a normal office building may not be able to receive a pallet of light bulbs. If our shipping department determines there are any problems with shipping to your address we will notify you and determine the next steps moving forward.
We currently only have standard ground shipping at checkout. Other forms of shipping are available (I.E. next-day air). If you would like to have one of these other methods of shipping, please notify us and we will estimate your charge.
We do not ship internationally.
We offer a 30 day return policy. All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the product’s packaging is in good condition and if the product was unused and is free of damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees if the product was ordered in error by the customer. If there was an error done by City Lights USA, then we will be responsible for return shipping fees. A restocking fee may apply to orders.
To return a product, please give us a call during business hours or send us an email. Please provide us with your order numbers and details about why you are requesting a return. We will process your return request as quick as possible (usually 1-2 business days).
Return processing will take 2-4 business days after we have received the products. Refunds for returned products will be issued as soon as the returned product are received by us and inspected.
