HONYA Lighting provides a 5-year limited warranty on all light-emitting diode (“LED”) products based on the date of manufacture. All other products manufactured or supplied by HONYA Lighting are provided a one-year warranty based on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The manufactured date is printed on the Lighting Product label. At its option, HONYA Lighting will repair or replace the unit if it is found to be defective as to workmanship or materials.​ HONYA retains the right to provide product replacement for defective goods. In instances when the product is discontinued, HONYA reserves the right to substitute an “as equal.” This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear, and tear, or accident. The products should be used under normal conditions in accordance with the current edition of the National Electric Code, the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc., the Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the instructions recommended in the manual provided by HONYA Lighting. This warranty extends only to the original customer purchaser. Repair or replacement, as stated above, shall constitute the purchaser’s exclusive warranty, which does not extend to labor cost or any other incidental or consequential charges related to product removal or installation, including, but not limited to, shipping costs incurred to return defective or nonconforming products or any damages that may occur during the return of products, loss of profits, loss of use or damage to any property or equipment or down time costs or claims of claimant’s customers.
